We operate under OSHA 29 CFR Part 1926 Construction Industry Standards and conduct site-specific safety plans for every project regardless of scope or duration.
All site supervisors and crew leaders are current with OSHA 10, 30-Hour, and Competent Person certifications.
Every shift begins with a JSA (Job Safety Analysis) tailored to that day's specific scope of work and site conditions.
We maintain full OSHA 300 log documentation and conduct root-cause analysis on all near-miss and incident events.
Every subcontractor and vendor must meet Karon Tech safety qualification standards before mobilizing on any of our projects.
